Under the responsibility of the Team Manager, the Energy Audit Project Manager ensures the complete management of the mandates entrusted to him or her, from planning to execution, including the coordination of stakeholders. He or she ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality requirements, while ensuring smooth and proactive communication with customers, subcontractors and internal partners. Unlike the Team Manager, who oversees the team and defines the strategic directions of projects, the Project Manager is responsible for their execution and operational follow-up.
As an ambassador of TST's values — innovation, respect, fun, performance and professionalism — he or she embodies these principles in each of his or her actions. Its commitment allows the company to strengthen its positioning as a true performance partner. He or she places the customer experience at the heart of their approach, ensuring optimal service and anticipating customer needs with a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.
The Project Manager is a key player in the management and coordination of TST projects. He or she is responsible for the planning, monitoring and execution of projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and that requirements in terms of quality, profitability and deadlines are met. Its role is to effectively mobilize stakeholders, to identify and anticipate risks while proposing appropriate solutions, and to implement corrective actions to optimize the performance of projects.
He or she also rigorously monitors key indicators such as costs, deadlines, and quality, while documenting progress through clear and structured reports. Thanks to their expertise, rigor and ability to analyze, the Project Manager actively contributes to TST's operational excellence, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
