Its commitment allows the company to strengthen its positioning as a true performance partner. He or she places the customer experience at the heart of their approach, ensuring optimal service and anticipating customer needs with a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.

He or she is responsible for the planning, monitoring and execution of projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and that requirements in terms of quality, profitability and deadlines are met. He or she also rigorously monitors key indicators such as costs, deadlines, and quality, while documenting progress through clear and structured reports.
