Reporting to the Team Leader, the Energy Efficiency Project Manager is responsible for the complete management of energy efficiency projects, including the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the recommissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as the performance of energy audits. They ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

The Energy Efficiency Project Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors projects aimed at optimizing the energy performance of buildings. They oversee recommissioning activities, conduct energy audits and performance assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. They collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and technical partners, supervise functional and performance testing, quickly identify malfunctions, and propose concrete solutions. By writing clear and rigorous technical reports, they ensure complete transparency on project progress and results, directly contributing to the achievement of energy objectives and the success of TST's mandates.
Project Management and Coordination:
Plan, monitor, and coordinate assigned projects.
Ensure timelines, costs, and quality objectives are met.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Adjust work plans based on project developments and challenges.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
Analyze project performance and identify gaps.
Implement corrective actions and optimize internal processes.
Produce detailed reports for full transparency.
Communicate results regularly to stakeholders.
Client Relationship and Satisfaction Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide responsive follow-up.
Maintain proactive and transparent communication.
Anticipate client expectations and propose tailored solutions for maximum satisfaction.
Strategic Development and Innovation:
Contribute to improving project management methods and internal processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovations to meet market needs.

Planning:
Define objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Energy Analysis, Investigation, and Diagnostics:
Conduct surveys of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Analyze the energy performance of facilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
Perform and validate energy audits.
Evaluate energy savings, costs, timelines, and potential grants.
Recommendations and Implementation of Measures:
Develop energy improvement scenarios and action plans.
Provide technical support throughout the implementation of measures.
Verify the compliance and effectiveness of implemented actions.
Coordinate the work of contractors and partners, when required.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
Train and raise awareness among technical and operational teams regarding best practices in energy efficiency and the new methods and tools used in the recommissioning project.
Ensure knowledge transfer and document the methods and results.
Energy Monitoring and Results Validation:
Monitor post-implementation energy performance.
Compare actual energy savings to forecasts and adjust recommendations as needed.
Produce follow-up reports detailing the results of analyses, tests, and measurements taken.
Support clients in the continuous improvement of their energy performance.
Prepare and validate detailed technical reports following energy audits and system recommissioning, and present the findings to various stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in building mechanics, electrical engineering, architecture, or a related field.
3- 5 years of project management experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in energy auditing and recommissioning
