To achieve this ambition, IGA Extra Famille Girard called on TST’s expertise to handle the analysis, implementation management, and performance monitoring of energy-saving measures at the Saint-Janvier site.

The support provided by TST enabled the company to make the best decisions to optimize its environmental performance and reduce its energy costs.

Indeed, thanks to this successful collaboration, IGA Extra Famille Girard has managed to significantly improve its energy management, which has had a positive impact not only on its carbon footprint but also on its economic profitability.

IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION

To help IGA Extra Famille Girard reach its full energy and sustainability potential, the TST team carried out a retro-commissioning (RCx) project for the Saint-Janvier supermarket, which was 75% subsidized by Transition Énergétique Québec (TEQ).

The planning, investigation, implementation, and two-year energy monitoring process ensures the Girard family receives comprehensive support from a specialized team.

In addition to ensuring the proper operation of its energy systems, these services demonstrate the undeniable benefits of energy efficiency.
