To bring this ambition to life, Complexe JC Perreault called upon TST’s expertise, entrusting them with energy analysis, energy simulation, commissioning from design to operation, energy monitoring, and the management and optimization of financial incentives.
The support provided by TST enabled the company to make the best decisions to optimize its environmental performance and maximize its financial incentives.
By securing over $800,000 in financial incentives, the Complexe JC Perreault project was awarded the Integrated Management prize at the Gala Énergia in recognition of its innovation in energy performance monitoring systems.
Implementing this system made it possible to identify energy performance improvement measures, resulting in 22% cost savings after just three years of operation.
