Reason for being

Under the responsibility of the team leader, the Analyst plays a key role in the realization of technical, administrative and analytical mandates, by supporting the collection of data and the evaluation of system performance in the context of various projects. He or she contributes to the validation of hypotheses, the optimization of processes and the achievement of quality objectives, in accordance with customer requirements and current standards.

Role

The Analyst plays an essential role in the execution of technical, administrative and analytical tasks related to TST projects. He or she participates in data collection and analysis, carries out tests and performance tests on energy, mechanical, electrical and water-consuming systems, and provides technical support in the development of sustainability and energy optimization strategies. He or she is also involved in energy and water audits, certifications, certifications, commissioning, simulations and system monitoring, while ensuring rigorous project documentation.

In addition, the Analyst writes technical reports, updates project documentation and takes part in site visits, inspections and the validation of data collected in the field. Thanks to his or her expertise, rigor and commitment, he or she actively contributes to TST's operational excellence, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

The main areas of responsibility

Strategic development and innovation

  • Participate in innovation and sector intelligence initiatives.

Performance monitoring and continuous improvement

  • Evaluate the performance of tools and recommend improvements.

Technical support and documentation

  • Write detailed reports on the analyses carried out;
  • Provide support to project teams in data analysis and interpretation.

Data analysis and exploitation

  • Collect, process and organize technical project data;
  • Develop and use calculation tools;
  • Identify discrepancies and propose appropriate recommendations.

Health and safety

  • Guarantee compliance with safety standards in all operations.

Technical skills

  • Bachelor's degree in building mechanics, electrical architecture or other related field;
  • 2 years and more of experience in technical analysis;
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written);
  • Mastery of analysis and visualization tools (Office Suite, etc.);
  • Mastery of building codes and standards and associated certifications;
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel in Quebec, Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

  • Ability to structure and present technical analyses in a clear and concise manner;
  • Attention to detail and rigor in interpreting results;
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external teams;
